Item Description :
ZLYJ gearbox series are transmission devices, which are specifically developed for single-screw extruder with high precision, tough gear area, accompany with thrust. Adopting the technological technical specs stipulated in JB/T9050.one-1999, all ZLYJ gearboxes are made accordingly.
Principal Features:
1.The content of equipment is the high toughness alloy metal, it is made by carburizing, quenching (and other heat therapy), gringding process at very last. The gear is in large precison ( six grade ) and substantial hardness ( reaches HRC54-62). Apart from, it attributes low sound when operating.
