Tolerances
Working, layout and dimension tolerances of axial cylindrical roller bearings are equivalent to the axial bearings standard tolerances, see section bearing data. Axial minimal load Axial cylindrical roller bearings have often to work below axial load to steer clear of any slip in between rollers and bearing washers. If external load is also little, you may use springs to achieve a pre-pressure of the bearing. The bare minimum axial load is calculated as follows:

Cages
Axial cylindrical roller bearings appear with machined brass cages. Our favorite is the roller advice model, letter code M. It is feasible to deliver the variations MB and MPB (cage supported on a disc washer).
