NMRV reducer is a new type of reducer, also known as RV reducer. “NMRV” is a general term, it refers to the aluminum reducer, the world has been used to aluminum reducer called “NMRV reducer”. The main components are oil seal, oil plug, worm gear box, ball bearing, output shaft, worm wheel, worm, output shaft, motor disk (flange), output shaft cover, hexagon socket head screw, double round key, gasket, etc. BHADE reducer, one of NMRV series, has single flange input, flange output or double shaft output.

For Good performance of Gear Box, The right selection is very important. The Gear Unit Selection is made by comparing actual transmitted loads with catalogue ratings are based on standard set of load conditions, which invariably changes for different conditions. Therefore service factor must be used to calculate a theoretical transmitted load or equivalent load, before comparing the same, apply the formula : Equivalent Load = Actual Load x Service Factor EPT al ratings measure capacity in terms of life and / or strength, assuming 10 hours per day continuous running under uniform load conditions, when lubricated with an approved oil and worEPT at a maximum oil temperature of 100°C for normal application lubricant equivalent to ISO VG 320 should be used. When a unit transmits less than catalogue rating, its life is increased. a service factor from Table of EPT al Service Factor ensure selection of a unit which transmits less than the catalogue rating, its life is thus increased consistent with the increased daily running time. Catalogue ratings allow 100% overload at starting, braEPT or momentarily during operation, up to 10 times per day. The unit selected must therefore have a catalogue rating equal to, or greater than half the maximum overload. If the unit is subjected to sustained overloads or to shock loads, these must be reflected in the chosen service factor. If overloads can be calculated or estimated then the actual loads should be used instead of a factor. Thermal ratings measure the unit’s ability to dissipate heat. If they are eEPT eeded the lubricant may overheat and break down, with consequent life failure. Both EPT al and thermal ratings are given on next page. Thermal ratings are effected by If the running time is more than 8 hours per day, EPT al Ratings & Service Factors : Thermal Ratings and Service Factors : ambient temperature and not by EPT al consideration such as increased running time or shock loads. For unit sizes 40 to 200, the relevant EPT al and thermal service factors are selected from tables and whichever is higher is applied to find out the equivalent output power and output torque. For unit size 200 to 350, EPT al service factor should be applied to EPT al ratings and thermal service factor should be applied to thermal ratings. Higher of these should be considered for selection of the unit. Thermal ratings assume fan cooling which is standard feature of all Speed Reduction Units. For intermittent running with ample cooling time during rest periods, thermal ratings may be eEPT eeded without overheating and since fan it ineffective, it can usually be removed.
