ZLYJ sequence reducer is a high-precision equipment transmission device with thrust pack, which is designed for plastic and rubber screw extruders. The item design and style shall refer to the technological requirements of cylindrical equipment reducer (JB / t8853-2001). Its attribute is that equipment and shaft areas are made of higher strength alloy metal. Gears are processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding. The equipment precision is gb10095-88, grade six. Hardness of tooth surface hrc54 ~ 62. The front stop of the hollow output shaft is geared up with massive size thrust bearing, which bears the axial thrust of the screw when it works. The complete device has the qualities of little quantity, large bearing potential, stable transmission, lower sounds and substantial efficiency.
2. Working condition
The greatest velocity of higher-velocity shaft shall not exceed 1500r / min
The peripheral speed of the gear shall not exceed twenty m / s.
The working environment temperature is – 40 ºC ~ 45 ºC. If it is decrease than ºC, the lubricating oil shall be preheated to above ºC prior to starting up. The reducer can be used for procedure in each positive and damaging directions. Even so, some large-pace shafts are equipped with one-way oil pump. The default route is: clockwise rotation going through the output shaft and close to the residence. If the path changes, make sure you reveal when buying.
