Its characteristic is that gear and shaft components are manufactured of higher toughness alloy steel. Gears are processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding. The equipment precision is gb10095-88, quality 6. Hardness of tooth area hrc54 ~ sixty two. The front conclude of the hollow output shaft is geared up with massive dimension thrust bearing, which bears the axial thrust of the screw when it functions. The total device has the characteristics of small quantity, higher bearing ability, secure transmission, low noise and large performance.
2. Working situation
The highest velocity of higher-velocity shaft shall not exceed 1500r / min
The peripheral pace of the equipment shall not exceed twenty m / s.
The functioning setting temperature is – forty ºC ~ 45 ºC. If it is decrease than ºC, the lubricating oil shall be preheated to over ºC just before beginning. The reducer can be utilized for operation in the two good and adverse directions. Even so, some substantial-speed shafts are geared up with 1-way oil pump.
