Shear Pin Sprockets
a shear pin attachment for a chain sprocket. When this unit is used as the driven sprocket, suitable provision is made for positive power transmission under normal load conditions. The shear pin device provides immediate disengagement of the drive by shearing the pin, when an overload or jam occurs.
