This condition, known as hydrodynamic lubrication, needs shaft surfaces that are not perfectly smooth but have microscopic pockets to help maintain the lubricant film. Although plunge grinding is most widely used to finish seal journals, the resulting surface is not ideal from this standpoint. Other finishing methods, such as shot peening and liquid honing, provide a matte-type finish which is generally more effective than a plungeground surface. WP worm gear and worm reducer is developed on the basis of wd reducer, the worm is made of 45 # high quality steel after heat treatment processing and manufacturing, worm gear with tin bronze cast, wear-resisting performance is good, especially on the bearing capacity is more obvious, is mainly used in plastics, metallurgy, beverage, mining, lifting transport, chemical reduction drive construction and other EPT al equipment.
WP worm reducer features:
1, smooth transmission, vibration, so that the impact and noise are small, deceleration ratio, wide versatility, can be used with all kinds of EPT al equipment.
2, can achieve a large transmission ratio by single stage transmission, compact structure, most types of reducer has better self-locEPT , braEPT requirements of EPT al equipment can save the brake device.
3. The meshing friction loss of worm screw tooth and worm gear tooth surface is large, so the transmission efficiency is lower than that of the gear, which is prone to heating and high temperature.
4. Higher requirements for lubrication and cooling.
5, good compatibility, worm gear and worm are manufactured in accordance with national standards, bearings, oil seals and other standard parts.
6. Types of box body: basic type (box body is vertical or horizontal structure with sole baseboard) and universal type (box body is rectangular, with fixed screw holes on many sides, without sole baseboard or with sole baseboard installed separately)
