VF is a kind of worm gear reducer, VF is aluminum reducer. The main components are oil seal, oil plug, worm gear box, ball
bearing, output shaft, worm gear, worm, output shaft, motor connecting disk (flange), output shaft cover, hexagon socket head
screw, double round key, gasket and so on. VF reducer with single flange input, some with flange output or dual shaft output.

1. If the operating environment of VF reducer is lower than -30℃ or higher than 60-30℃, the oil seal of special material must be replaced. |

2. The motor matching with the VF reducer must be suitable for worEPT in low temperature environment, and the power of the motor must meet the torque requirements when starting at low temperature |

3. When using the VF reducer for the first time, replace the lubricating oil after it runs for 150-400 hours, and the subsequent period of the oil changing reducer is less than or equal to 4000 hours |
