H/B helical tooth/bevel tooth series high power speed reducer is brand-new rigid tooth flank gear units with wide application areas, which has the feature of large torque range, a design of unit structure modulization capable of horizontal mounting and vertical mounting which has solid shaft, hollow shaft and hollow shaft with shrink disk. With carbonized high-strength good-quality alloy the series has the feature of high-efficiency and long lite-span, permissible and radial loads, low noise, high reliability and compact structure and so on.
TaEPT new modular system ensure housing and internal parts of gear unit high interchangable and compounding, which significantly reduce the types of parts. Main parts are stocked for short time delivery. TaEPT optimal design of equal-intensity. High reliability,high loadability and High efficiency. Noise level of gear unit is significantly reduced by taEPT the process of bevel gear ground, helical gear tooth profile modified and lower noise optimal design on housing.
Square housing, expanding its surface, and optional use on fan and cooling pipe have increased the thermal power of gear unit. Diversification on mounting and output shaft assemblies is in favor of clients on model selection. The parallel shaft and right angle gear housing adapt new design, the innovation include: ● Less parts type, more specification and models ● Higher reliability, bigger power rate ● Adapt outstanding non-contact anti-friction labyrinth type seal; ● Provide flange type output shaft, to match the installation requirement in the small space ( according the requirement of
customer) 1.H, B high-power gear reducer adopts universal design scheme, which can be transformed into EPT -specific gearbox according to customer requirements. 2. Realize parallel shaft, orthogonal shaft, vertical and horizontal general-purpose cabinets, with fewer types of parts and more specifications. 3. Adopting the structure of the suction box body, large cabinet surface area and large fan, cylindrical gear and spiral bevel gear adopt EPT d grinding process to improve the temperature rise, noise reduction and reliability of the whole machine. The power is increased. 4. Input mode: motor coupling flange, shaft input. 5. Output mode: solid shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with flat key, hollow shaft with expansion joint, hollow shaft with spline joint, solid shaft with spline joint and solid shaft with flange joint. 6. Installation method: horizontal, vertical, swing base type, torsion arm type. 7.H, B series products have 3 to 26 specifications, the number of reduction transmission stages is 1 to 4, and the speed
